OK, Road Trips Foodies, here’s a great learning vacation: practice preparing organic, plant-based cuisine with a professional vegan chef.

During this Culinary Awakenings bootcamp in Ashland, Oregon, Chef Al will teach knife and kitchen safety skills, how to work with local farmers for the best produce, how to prepare nutrient-dense cuisine from appetizers to salads to soups to entrées to baked goods to desserts. It takes place December 6-10, 2010.
