Turkey Testicle Festivals

It’s hard to know exactly what to say about festivals where the goal is to down turkey testicles, Road Trips Foodies, but here goes.

There seem to be several, but the ones in Montana appear to be, ummmmm, x-rated. So we’ll skip those this time.

The Turkey Testicle Festival in Huntley takes place at the Parkside Pub, 11721 Main Street, Huntley, Illinois, starting at 11 a.m. November 23, 2011. Tickets are $10 and, yes, you must be 21 years old and able to prove it.

Your Road Trips Foodie couldn’t find details on the Turkey Testicle Festival in Byron, Illinois, but all reports indicate that it will be held somewhere in that town on the second Saturday in October — that’d be October 15, 2011.
