Foodie Tours in Québec City

Submitted by on March 10, 2012 – 12:27 amNo Comment

Follow the history through the food of the cultures that came through Québec, Canada — Amerindian, British and French among them.

The Food Tours in Québec City offer the opportunity to discover these different culinary and cultural traditions. Meet the locals where they live. What’s on the menu? Local wine, chocolate, cheeses, pastries, crepes and savory tidbits.

On these Voir Québec walking tours, Road Trips Foodies will taste the typical and local specialties from a variety of shops such as: Société des Alcohols du Québec, grocers, chocolate factory, restaurants and bakeries.

Accompanied by a local professional guide, foodies will take 2-1/2 hours to discover the Saint Jean district while sampling authentic Quebec products. They promise guaranteed departures Tuesday through Saturday — but do make a reservation to be sure.
