Next time you’re driving ’round Fort Worth and Dallas, Road Trips Foodies, consider scheduling in a Texas Bar-B-Q Tour.

The trip starts with a train ride on the TRE (Trinity Railway Express) to the T&P Train Station in downtown Fort Worth, Texas, where you switch to a bus. The tour stops at three BBQ restaurants in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. All the info is online

In addition to samplings of ribs, smoked brisket, sausage, smoked turkey and sides participants get a chance to learn about the history of Fort Worth and its stockyards

The organizers insist that “it’s like a wine tasting, except it’s bar-b-q”. Check it out for yourself!
