ravioliNeed ideas and inspiration for your next party or family gathering — and you’ll be wandering western Georgia later this month? Road Trips Foodies in this category should consider signing up for a quick course at Hills & Dales Estate, 1916 Hills & Dales Drive, LaGrange, Georgia (map).

Devin White, head chef of C’Sons and Mare Sol will create a variety of different appetizers and dishes suitable for entertaining at a two-hour presentation beginning at 10 a.m. October 26, 2013. Cost is $40 per person.

Preparations will include caprese skewers, stuffed picante peppers, wild mushroom ravioli and several other dishes. Best of all, throughout the presentation you will get to taste his creations.
