indiana_indpls_dig-in It’s a fun day with a simple mission: “join us as we delight in the abundance provided by another growing season in Indiana.”

Yes, Road Trips Foodies, it’s almost time for Dig-IN: A Taste of Indiana, set for noon to 5 p.m. August 30, 2015, in White River State Park, 801 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Indiana chefs, brewers, vintners and food artisans will showcase a bevy of prepared dishes and beverages. The single-price admission includes all the samples and live performances by Indiana-based musical groups.

More than 35 Indiana chefs will each prepare a unique dish based on fresh produce and meat and poultry from Indiana farms. That — and, Dig IN has partnered with the Indiana Wine Grape Council and the Brewers of Indiana Guild to provide Indiana-made wines and beers. More than 20 wineries and breweries are on tap, as is Bjava Coffee & Tea with a signature iced coffee and Natural Born Juicers with a special Dig IN juice. Beverages will be available for taste and purchase.

Dig IN is a rain or shine event; tickets are available at the gate.
