shamrockIt’s St. Patrick’s Day.

The symbol of St. Patrick’s Day is the shamrock, because the missionary famously used the three-leaf clover as a metaphor for the Trinity.

The shamrock has three lobes, like the image, left. It does NOT have four (that would be the four-leaf clover, a symbol of luck).

Road Trips Foodies may now resume their regular activities.
