Vermont’s Sugaring Open House Weekend

Vermont Maple SyrupMore than 80 of Vermont’s sugar houses will open their doors for the annual Open House Weekend set for March 25 and 26, 2017.

This public celebration of the maple syrup season is sponsored by the Vermont Maple Sugar Makers Association. Visitors to the state can stop by ‘sugar houses’ throughout Vermont and see maple syrup being made.

Vermont is the largest producer of maple syrup in the United States: more than 1.3 million gallons of syrup in 2016.
