Boudin, Bourbon & BeerMore than 60 chefs are expected to participate in “Boudin, Bourbon & Beer“, set for November 3, 2017, at Champions Square in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Now in its seventh year, the fest spotlights boudin (that famous Cajun sausage) and raises funds for children’s charities through the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.

Look for Jimmy Bannos Sr. of Chicago, Kevin Fink of Austin, and New Orleans-based Alon Shaya, Nina Compton, Michael Gulotta, Justin Devillier, Tory McPhail. All will join Emeril Lagasse along with co-chairs Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and John Currence to cook up a storm.

Founded in 2002 by Chef Emeril Lagasse and his wife Alden, the Emeril Lagasse Foundation is a 501c(3) public charity headquartered in New Orleans. The Foundation’s mission is to create opportunities to inspire, mentor and enable youth to reach their full potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education with a focus on life skills development.
