“Field to Vase” Dinners Begin in California

Field to Vase DinnersThe Field to Vase Dinner Tour is a series of gatherings that place seasonal, local and sustainable American Grown Flowers at the center of the table where locally grown food, beer and wine is served by a farm-to-table chef. And, each artisan-style dinner is held at an American flower farm.

The series kicks off April 7, 2018, at Resendiz Brothers Protea Growers in Fallbrook, California. Next up is the April 26, 2018, dinner in The Flower Fields of Carlsbad, California. The series continues June 13, 2018, at the California State Capitol in Sacramento.

After a summer hiatis (yes, flower farmers are busy during the growing season), Field to Vase dinners resume September 8, 2018, at Star Valley Flowers in Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin. The final dinner is October 5, 2018, at Green Door Gourmet in Nashville, Tennessee.

Each American Grown Field to Vase Dinner includes a brief farm tour and floral design demonstration during the reception; an artisan-style, locally sourced meal, craft beer and wine, plus American Grown Flowers to take home.
