Flower of the Day: White Hydrangea

It’s perfectly logical that a farm named for snow that specializes in raising sheep would have white hydrangeas, and these look positively gorgeous offset by the retro pink and gray of the barn.

The country vignette was captured at Bergerie des Neiges in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, Québec, Canada, in mid July.

According to Wikipedia, Hydrangea is a genus of about 70 to 75 species of flowering plants native to southern and eastern Asia (China, Japan, Korea, the Himalayas, and Indonesia) and North and South America.
