newyork_rochester_bonsaiThe fourth United States National Bonsai Exhibition is set for September 13 and 14, 2014, in TSE- Total Sports Experience, 435 West Commercial Street, East Rochester, New York.

More than 100 different species and cultivars will be displayed and included in a Commemorative Exhibition Album. Bonsai artists will demonstrate their techniques between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day. Vendors will sell bonsai, “pre-bonsai”, rare plants, supplies, containers, wire, tools, display tables, publications, scrolls, paintings and other items.

Second generation bonsai artist, Hiro Yamaji, proprietor of Sansho-En Bonsai Garden in Kokubunji, Japan, will be conducting a hands-on workshop September 15, 2014, in the International Bonsai Arboretum, 1070 Martin Road, West Henrietta, New York.
