parsleyJust northeast of Columbus, Road Trips Gardeners will find Ohio’s Herb Capital — Gahanna (the state legislature said so in 1972).

Spend a day meandering the town’s Herbal Trail. This collaborative effort showcases 45 culinary and shopping venues, herb gardens and trails, eco-learning options and health/wellness retreats.

A subset of trail stops features potent potables (check out the Herbal Cocktail Trail).

You can download the self-guided brochure here.
