Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, Gainesville, FloridaA camellia show takes place January 5 and 6, 2019, in Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, 4700 SW 58th Drive, Gainesville, Florida.

Hours are 1 to 5 p.m. January 5, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. January 6, 2019.

This two day event, sponsored by the Gainesville Camellia Society, features prize-winning camellias of all sizes, shapes, and colors. There will be judged exhibits of japonicas, reticulatas, hybrids, and species.

This show is geared toward educating the public about the care, culture, and appreciation of camellias, both in the greenhouse and in the landscape.

Camellias will be available for purchase during the show.
