Rosa 'Barbra Streisand' (Photo by Susan McKee)Rosa ‘Barbra Streisand’ is a Hybrid Tea rose with fragrant clusters of large, four-inch-across, lavender flowers (26-30 petals), adorned with deep magenta petal edges. Opening from lavender buds, the flowers exude a strong, citrus, rose perfume, and bloom in flushes from spring to fall.

These particular blooms (which look more pink than purple to your Road Trips Gardener) were spotted at the Huntington Gardens in San Marino, California, a few years ago.
