How To Tap a Five Liter Bottle

Submitted by on March 9, 2014 – 2:47 pmNo Comment

Large formats have always been successful in the off-premise world, but how do you push the trend to on-premise (restaurants, wine bars etc…)? Sure, you see them displayed behind glass in restaurants, but how many do you see uncorked on a table?

“We’ve introduced this idea to the on-premise arena in a few key states, including California, and it’s really taking off,” Hedges say. Who doesn’t want to buy a glass of wine from a gorgeous 5 Liter standing tall and proud on the bar? And tapping them, as you can see from this ridiculous video we made, is quite easy!”
